Nelson

Nelson, a 2-year-old brown Labrador retriever mix, was brought into the shelter by a resident after he was found running around the streets in east Phoenix. He was treated by our medical staff for a slight upper respiratory infection. Our staff noticed a slight limp and thanks to Hope Emergency Animal Rescue we were able to do a full blood panel that came back positive for Valley Fever. Our staff started him on fluconazole treatment and during his treatment, he found a home. The family has since continued his treatment and says he has responded and is doing well. A4339024
